Team Marvel VS. The Predator Team

Can 5 marvel bad a$$e$ take on a team of 5 adult Predators?

Marvel Roster:

Black Panther(Team Leader)
The Puma(On T'challa's payroll/tracker)
US Agent(W/Cap's Shield)
Darkhawk(Aerial Surveillance)
Sleepwalker(The Tracker)

Can these 5 take on a group of experienced Predators? I think they can.

T'challa's team has a day of prep. Predators come prepared for anything, like usual, no extra prep time. Neither teams know about what their gonna encounter. Again, the designated battle area is Hell's Kitchen.

Debate.

okay, these guys vs 1 or 2 preds would be enough.... but a whole group of preds would wipe them out without any effort... what an honorless hunt!

Team Marvel Stats:

Powers & Paraphenalia
Strength Level: In his Puma form, he is stronger than Spider-Man.
Powers: Puma has above-human senses; he can, for instance, see auras. Since he transforms into the Puma through concentration, he may be considered to have some mental abilities beyond the norm. Puma's powers are from years of genetic engineering, although given his uncle's status some mysticism may be involved. When he faced the Beyonder he briefly had cosmic powers beyond understanding. How he was able to tap into the universal energies needed to confront the Beyonder, and if he would be able to do so again, is unclear; his uncle called Thomas the chosen champion of Death, so it may have been through Death's intervention that Fireheart was able to do harness the needed cosmic energies the first time.
Abilities: Fireheart is an extraordinarily capable financial manager with a genius level IQ. He also spent some years in Japan training in the martial arts, and has above-average tracking skills.
Equipment: None.
Weapons: None.
Limitations: Puma is bound by a sense of honor that only he understands.

US Agent With Captain America's Shield:

Alias: John F. Walker
Walker's flesh is more dense than normal, some resistance to injury. His strength and endurance have been enhanced to near super-human levels. He usually wears some type of body armor--- either a chain mail like Captain America or a padded uniform as USAgent.

Darkhawk:

In addition to instantaneous self-repairing which can be only used when Chris reverts to human and then changes back into Darkhawk, and the chest fired darkforce blasts, Darkhawk can generate a shield, again from the chest amulet, which can stand up to a blast from a rpg. The shield can be only pointed in one direction, but Chris later gains the ability to generate a full body shield.

The Darkhawk body has sufficient strength to lift a 7 ton boulder, with ease. Initially Chris used the grappling claw, and a set of glider wings, as Darkhawk's main mode of transportation, but he later gains the ability to fly. Darkhawk's helmet also acts like a set of binoculars, allowing him to "zoom in", and view a target from afar. The helmet also posseses a targeting interface.

Sleepwalker:

Sleepwalker
Real Name: Unrevealed
Other Known Aliases: None
Former Aliases: None known
Dual Identity: None; the general populace of Earth is unaware of Sleepwalker’s existence within Rick Sheridan’s mind
Current Status: Active
Current Occupation: Crimefighter
Former Occupation: Defender of the Mindscape as a member of the guardian Sleepwalker race
Citizenship: The Mindscape (a dimension bordering on the minds of all intelligent beings)
Legal Status: No criminal record
Place of Birth: Unspecified location within the Mindscape (probable)
Marital Status: Single
Known Relatives: None known
Known Confidants: Richard “Rick” Sheridan
Usual Base of Operations: New York City area and Rick Sheridan’s psyche
Former Bases of Operations: The Mindscape
Current Group Membership: Sleepwalkers
Former Group Membership: None
Note: It was previously thought that Sleepwalker might be a scout for the dimension conquering Mindspawn race. It has since been proven that that claim was a hoax masterminded by Cobweb.
Height: 5’7”
Weight: Unrevealed
Eyes: Red, faceted
Hair: None
Other Distinguishing Features: Light green skin, no nose
Intelligence: Above normal
Strength Level: Superhuman Class 10
Speed: Enhanced human
Flight Speed: Directed motion hovering
Stamina: Enhanced human
Durability: Superhuman
Agility: Enhanced human
Reflexes: Enhanced human
Fighting Skills: Expert in the combat use of his powers
Special Skills and Abilities: Skilled tracker
Superhuman Physical Powers: Aside from the above listed attributes, Sleepwalker has superhuman visual acuity that allows him to see wavelength colors invisible to the human eye, projection of crude images of what he’s seen from his eyes, the ability to project warp-beams from his eyes, which can alter the shape of physical matter
Superhuman Mental Powers: A mental link with the human Rick Sheridan that facilitates Sleepwalker’s entry into Rick’s mind
Special Limitations: Sleepwalker is gradually weakened the longer he stays on Earth’s physical plane. The more energy he expends, the faster he tires. Sleepwalker is also directly tied to Rick Sheridan’s mind, and can only come out when Rick loses consciousness. If Sleepwalker is on our physical plane and Rick wakes up, Sleepwalker dissipates and returns to Rick’s mind.
Source of Superhuman Powers: Sleepwalker’s power is a natural trait of his native race.
Costume Specifications: Alien materials
Personal Weaponry: Imaginator (an amulet capable of teleporting Sleepwalker and targets into, out of, and to different locations within the Mindscape)
Note: Sleepwalker’s Imaginator is currently lost within the mind of Rick Sheridan.
Special Weaponry: None

Design and Manufacture of Paraphernalia: Unrevealed

I think they have a good chance. You don't read enough marvel comics.

and you probably dont read enough pred comics....

preds all have beyond peak human speed, agility, endurance, and strength. Their technology is able to cut through ANYTHING. Some of their weapons can fire much faster than the speed of sound. The can see in nearly any spectrum, able to lock-on to targets so their weapons simply DO NOT miss, the only thing known to harm their armor is alien acid, and their cloaking devices will make them next to impossible to hit.

I don't need too. Preds have been defeated by Batman. He is human. Most of those on my team are superhuman with exception of T'challa. Cloaking devices won't work. Puma and Panther have excellent tracking skills. Just because they can't see them doesn't mean they won't be able to know that somethings there. If Predator's were as good as you say they are, Batman would've died in their first encounter. I know Batman's a genius, and a master fighter/tactician, but if he can beat a Predator, then so can my team.

One Predator stands around, the rest shoot him from a mile off, his nuke goes off, and the other predators listen to rammstein and go home.

Predator's have honor. They won't do that. Only if their losing they'll set the timer off and blow everyone to bits.

Marvel takes this.

wait.. how can marvel win? If they even START TO WIN, a pred will just blow up and kill em all, and the others will be fine. And no duh batman won... the pred was the bad guy! In every predator crossover pretty much, the pred loses. Why? Cuz he's the badguy. Its kinda funny how a single pred can die by the hands of batman, and at the same time, bring superman to his knees...

so dont go by the fact that they lost to batman, go by the fact that one pred was able to beat superman! (who was then killed by someone else... dont remember who)

and you claim that your team has excellent trackers.... well, so were the guys in the 1st pred movie, especially billy, and all that he knew was A) somethings out there and B) "we're all gonna die"

5 ready to F shit up predators? Yea. This isn't going to be pretty.

Dachande, considered to be cream of the crop, took on Xenomorphs with just his claws. So, assuming this is 5 Dachandes, you better kiss your marvel guys goodbye.

Xenomorph's carapace has shown to resist even uranium depleted ammo. That is fancy for, SUPER POWERFUL BULLETS! These things can survive in space, tear through the hulls of APCs which are dropped from orbiting spaceships to land on a planet.

He took these things on with just WRISTBLADES. Yea. I think our friends here are a little outgunned.

For marvel:
hes right about one pred bombing everyone if he knows he's going to lose.
suicide is an honorable death to predators. suicide by taking out everyone is an even more honorable way.

against marvel:
not all predators have the honor code!! most people dont realize this, but just like humans, some dont play by the rules, if Team marvel gets attacked by these type of predators its their last fight.

Oh man. I rocked the Predator code of honor all the time without even knowing it. I play almost every game by the "I'm taking you down with me!" mantra.

I once cleared an airstrip of soldiers in Battlefield1942 by barreling through the village in a jeep. Whoever didn't die under my tires rode my grill into the ocean as I flew through a barbed wire fence and off a cliff.
