i need help with a movie from the 80's

all i can reamber from the movie is a boy and a funeral director try to hide from these kids who got killed in a car accident and come back as zombies thy run from theme and hide i believe its a electric storm that brings them back

This sound's like " Night Life " 1989 starring Scott Grimes and John Astin.
The kid work's part time at his uncles mortuary, some popular kids at school pick on him because of this. They die in a car crash, get taken to the uncles mortuary. There is a storm and the kids turn into zombies.
