Galactus wins. Nebula was slightly overwhelmed by it's power but even she was able to take down the cosmic entourage. With his intelligence level and already high mental capacity, he would easily take full advantage of IG's capabilities.

Just about anybody with the Infinity Gauntlet moves way up on the food chain. Galactus would probably be able to wield it better than Nebula did because of his intellect. Only ones above that would be the Living Tribunal and The One Above All.

Agreed. Jarvis would be the third most powerful being in the MU if he had the IG. Galactus wielding it does little to change the balance of power.

not really , Glactus whould have more knowledge that's all.
