I think there is a ghost in the house

and he/she is pissed...my arm just started to burn and there was a scratch there....there wasn't a scratch there like 10 min ago...im freaking out, because i have been waking up and its like freezing, then i go to the bathroom and its warm....this damn ghost is following me...i'm freaking out

it sounds really creepy 😕 Im not gonna try and comfort you by saying its not a ghost, because its very well possible it is one. Ive had experiences like this when I was a kid.
