Mech> Well, sorry… X-rays don’t work quite like that. There’s a great deal of difference between soft tissue/clothes and bones. So if you want to lower the frequency of the X-rays you just end up seeing the clothes.
(Short version - lower the frequency enough and you get hard ultraviolet light... )

Wouldn’t it be easier to ask for the “I see naked people” superpower? Although…

I suppose that could work... although I'd need it to be selective.
