Each day I plan to come here and type in something that I feel makes each day more enjoyable and worthwhile. Words of Wisdom... W.o.W.'s.

Anyways, for 3/30/04...

Jump out of bed as soon as you hear the alarm clock. It also helps to spend 10 minutes a day repeating to yourself; "Everyday in every way, I am getting better and better." It helps to start the day off in a positive frame of mind.
