Are there any goods from becoming a citizen of one country??

anyways, you can only have one citizenship. some countries allow for two. america only allows one i think.

not necesarily, i met a guy the otherday who had citenship in 3 countries, UK, New Zealand & South Africa.

Well, if you're a citizen it means you can vote, provided you're over the legal age limit.

I'm a citizen in england America and Australia, i live in england but would fight for Australia

I have duel citizenship between England and America.

I'd choose England in a second.

And the tax payers from wich country are paying for your schooling right now? Or if your in college what country has the resources for your college education right now?

i have duel citizenship in America and England. Took along time for me to get approved and go through the process,nearly three years, i know it can take even longer sometimes. It isnt necessary to obtain a citizenship with another country if you do not stay in that country for months at a time. I got a duel citizenship, because i used to have a fiance in England and i would stay there months at a time. The periods i would stay were months at a time. So unless you plan on living in that country or going there often, then there isnt any reason to do it.

I'm a Yank, can't do anything about it. 😛
