In a physical fight? Kingpin is a lot more powerful than the Joker. But, this wouldn't be a physical fight. You aren't giving the Joker his due. He's a lot smarter than you're giving him credit.

i never suggested it would be a physical fight..... Kingpin has an army of super-criminals he would send to take out the Joker..... Bullseye alone could probably do it
