Robocop!................er...how about Overtkill?.....or perhap's Magnus robot fighter?

Robocop is a pretty good choice actually. Overtkill is a cyborg right? He would probably be a good choice too. Magnus wouldn't last long, he fights robots, Ironman would hand him his own ass.

Cyber might tear up Robocop but Overtkill is pretty strong and almost as durable

Hardware should really be included, I have issue #1, and he can hold his own, definitly.

I don't mean this as a movie but as a comic what do you all thank of venom vs deadpool. would that be cool.

venom, deadpool just doesnt have what it takes to take him down, i doubt.

Deadpool = immortal.

Deadpool has weazel who would device some sort of weapon to deal with Venom, who just couldn't kill Deadpool. Nothing against Venom, just Deadpool DOESN'T die. Even in a 1 v 1 without weaz, Deadpool would win because he can just exhaust Venom and then take home the win.
