😱 hug Gahhhh we never chat anymore... 🙁

I know. Hopefully that will change *adds to new years resolution list*

Spring is a forgotten memory
Summer's in the past
Fall is distant neighbor
But Winter's home at last.

Life, school, wrestling kisses

I was thinking of telling someone I didn't like this, but then I realized how unchristian that would be hypocrite

I could sing a rhyming tone
that would lighten up the mood.
But then of course I realized,
what a waste it'd be on you
doped

Here are two; One's a prayer I like to say, the other is a supplementary to it.

Now I lay my head to rest,
and pray the Lord my life to bless.
And save me from the terrible storms,
to take my soul and bring me home.

Supplementary
For I myself, Of Lord, am lost,
Amongst your holy realms.
I am drowned amongst the sinful thoughts,
and vices that plague the helm.

My sails are torn from sorrow,
my oars have rowed in vain.
My men show signs of dying,
and I here stand in shame.

Do not let me sink, Oh God,
Save me from the storms.
Do not let me drown, Oh Lord,
take my soul and bring me home.

I do not ask for glory,
nor gold, nor fame, nor safety.
I simply ask for kindness,
for warmth, and love, and life.

Nice job! 😊

Why thank you, more to come...

Christmas

It stands high above the sky,
above all low delay.
To shine bright in the darkness,
nor shadows dim her way.

Her white is pure and brilliant.
Her glow is warm and kind.
Her purpose is to search and find,
the child in the night.

She clothes him in her warmth.
She protects him with her might.
She brings the kind to see him.
And keep him from the blights.

She called me tonight to see him.
But I did not heed her call.
She passed by me kindly,
and I never saw him at all.

This Christmas I lost the chance,
to see the baby Christ.
Next year I hope I'll take the time,
To make the journey right.

But tonight I look upon her,
with hope still in my heart.
She'll never cease to guide me,
or keep me in the dark.

Merry Christmas to All, and to All a Good Night

Perhaps it's because I'm famous,
but that of course isn't true.
Maybe it's because they know me.
Or maybe I'm easy to see.

Perchance it is my intelligence,
although ignorance is my closest friend.
Maybe it's my appearance,
although I never was a prince charming.

Maybe it's because I'm nice,
and sweet, loving, and kind.
But they return the kindness,
with actions as cold as ice.

Perhaps it isn't me,
and luck is a soulless fool.
Perhaps by chance they befriended me,
not knowing what to do.

My glory, fame, and fortune,
was nothing but a fluke.
My conquests, triumphs, and glories,
were nothing but gifts from you.

So now I stand before you,
the heart of a broken child.
Shattered, torn, and defensless
But I know that if you still don't love me,
I will always still love you.

If I could Fly

Every time I look up towards the sky,
standing on the ground.
I look at it and start to sigh,
and wish I wasn't bound.

[To soar to the heavens,
to swim in the sea,
of clouds and stars and sky.
To sing with birds, and fight with the planes,
and no one would be happier than I.]

But alas if we were meant to fly,
and towards the heavens sing.
God would make us all born,
with wings adored,
and to the heavens fling.

The brackets are an addition piece.

How you been?

Alright, my birthday was yesterday. It was pretty cool, although life doesn't feel any different being 17.

Nature

Shining glitters of glass,
sprinkled evenly over the grass.
In the glittering sun they shine.
Pearls to the wandering eye.

Bends with the gentle breeze.
Soft underneath my feet.
It is the warm emerald sea,
that makes wonderful beds for sleep.

Mighty in her sighs,
they rule the bright blue skies,
white in their glory, cruel of their kind,
they pass and slowly consume my mind.

Gold in his wake,
fire in his state,
He moves with weight, and power and stay,
and brings the night at the end of the day.

The great pale knight.
Shepperd of the night.
He's humble and kind,
and leads sailors to find their docks on the other side.

And though few of many,
forgive me to say,
my observations of nature,
are small and grey.
But vision in darkness,
and blindness in light
are two human qualities
that guide us in life.

Walkers of the Night

Our nights are filled with clouds
That eclipse the moon and stars.
And leave us wandering in the dark,
Not knowing where we are.

We wonder long and aimless,
To stumble here and there.
We at times wander hopeless,
and to the darkness stare.

To the ends of the earth we've walked.
When the moon doth fall and the sun wont shine,
When the sky doth fall and the stars all die,
and yet we walk.

The sun may dance his endless waltz,
To burn us dry and turn us to salt
But we walk.
And the wind could blow and cut us down,
To bring us forward and kiss the ground.
But no matter how high the odds may pile,
Present us men of vicious wild,
Or challenges of colossal styles
You will never see is fail to accept,
nor ever see us away from our best.

For we are many with nothing to lose,
with countless to offer and much to prove.
And although at times we walk with faith,
with nothing but hope as our measure to stay.
We will never cease to walk with death at our side,
Nor choose the day instead of the night.

RedWood Door

Once I dreamt in a deep slumber,
I found myself in red wood lumber.
Red wood lumber burning more,
Burning from the red wood door.

In frightened terror I took and flew
Far away into the oceans blue,
Far away into the deep night sky.
To fly far away, far away fly.

But the burning fire did not leave me,
The burning fire of the red wood door.
And all the red woods in the forest,
Burned the night sky red of Yore.

The heavens choked on dark clouds rising,
Rising from the burning flame.
The angels fell from heaven crying,
Crying for their God to save.

But all the more the fire burned them,
Consumed them in its heart of gore.
And all of nature quickly fled it,
Fled it to the shores of Yore.

But I could not flee the consuming monster,
Flee from it to far away.
The monster quickly in pursuit followed,
To never let me tear away.

The fire never lost its thunder,
Rolling power, or mighty hunger,
Consumed all life for ever yonder,
Ever yonder days of old.

And I look far to the shores of Yore,
Hoping for the shores of Yore,
“Rid me of this burning fire,
Fire from the red wood door!”

But I mean it wasn't a door made out of red wood, but rather the two redwood trees that arched and formed a door. And from these HUGE trees a very BIG fire...

😄 Niiice writing AOR. Great stuff ✅
