Had to look in the Magneto Respect Thread. It was Avenger's 111 and that's the same issue where he controls Iron Man's armour and Thor's hammer but does not knock him out with it.

Then in UXM Eric the Red reverses this and Mags gets his second upgrade.(I would have posted more of the issue but I'm lazy and Mags doesn't do much anyway...)

there are plenty of genuine cases, and if they get reported, the mods will respond properly. it isn't up to you to defend anyone, and half the time it causes more trouble than it prevents. this goes for everyone.
