the best sort of tease are non physical, innuendos work best, but only if she understands both meanings and can respond to it accordingly.

however, too many inuendoes can become confusing, and may throw the whole convosation into something dirty, she'll think you have a one-track-mind andnot bother with you !!!

as for the teasing....guys tease as equally as girls do ...probably more....
