Terminator 3 fav. music/scene

What is your favorite piece of music from all three Terminator movies and what scene are they in?

For example one of mine is when the T-101 says 'I am a machine' then throws John Connor onto the vehicle, and the music turns louder (sounds like the JC Theme on T3 soundtrack)

I love the music that was featured during the scenes in T2 where John is being chased by the T-1000 in the semi-truck.

Also the music where the T-101 is just about to shoot sarah for the first time in T1, before Reese jumps in.

when t1000 is chasing john connor in the begining of the movie. the music begins when john leaves the arcade in his motorbike. and of course the intro of t1 and t2, the terminator theme. in the end of t2 when t101 self-terminates, same terminator theme.
