If someone stopped me listening to music, my body wouldn't suffer any withdrawal symptoms.

I don't know if I really have an addiction........maybe mine is more abstract.........maybe mine is more wondering, asking questions and dreaming about possibilities........yet mine is not set as it used to be...much has changed in my life where is not a normal expectation....In a way it was very challenging because I was used to count on the predictable, but what I have learned that this predictable is only a crutch ..a stoppage of what is more worthwhile........What is even MORE exciting is the Unpredictable ....And for that ..it has become natural, whether it has become what some might call an addiction or not has just become a ride though life.....
The internet in general is an addiction for me, no joke. I'm on it on school days during school between 10:00 and 11:35 AM in 2nd block, Library when I am not shelfing books, and then from 11:45 to 1:38 in 3rd block, Computer Programming and we have lunch in there, so exclude that and when I am doing work. When I come home between 2:30 and 3:10, depending on if I sneak out early I get on and stay on until my parents make me get off at 9:00 PM and the only times I get off are to go get my plate and sometimes I eat in the living room but most of the time I come in here and eat it, or to take a shower, and then I get back on. Now THAT'S an addiction. Sometimes I actually have to stop movies just to get back on the internet, because it's kind of like a drug, once I'm off of it for a short period of time, I need it again. I am on Myspace 99% of that time (except at school, because the ****ers proxy it).
I'm also beginning to get onto percocet (and just started vicodin today, realising that it has nearly the same effect). I have had 2 vidodins and 1 percocet tonight.
I have a self-diagnosed caffeine addiction. I drink nothing other than soft drinks except maybe one glass of tea a day, if even, and that has sugar. Depending on my food appetite or what kind of a day it is for me, I will drink between 1 and 4 caffeinated(sp?) drinks, and that is on weekdays, it's worse on weekends. If I get a specific number of hours of sleep I will wake up with horrible headaches from the caffeine withdrawal and all I have to do is take a drink of something caffeinated(sp?) and it goes away.
Aside from the shit, I have a high addiction to my lovely friends and getting into mischief with them. 🙂
