And drain Supes of his power? I could easily imagine Doom has the tech to do something like that.

From what I've had people tell me, he's the leader of the Celestials. He's pretty much on par with LT I think.

hell no. Lt is the most powerful being in the multiuniverse. Galactus is above celestial leader, and galactus is right behind exitar the most powerful celestial.

There's The One Above All that is the top of the Marvel food chain. God if you will. Then there's The One Above All, the Celestial.
