i got a question

i saw this movie on 100 most scariest movie moments er something and it was about a girl that died and her father is really sad and at the same time theres a craxy murderer that killing people and so the dad starts to see his daughter running around in a red coat and then at the end it rurns out the little girl is the murdderer and kills him. does any one know what movie this is and if you think it was good or not?

sounds abit like Dont Look Now, with donald Sutherland. Although I dont think it is as the little girl isnt a murderer
