I didn't think I would get this much thanks and also I feel the exact same way about the changes in the Superman Returns costume.

Well, there's no sense in complaining about the costume now...it's not like Bryan Singer is gonna read Killer Movies forums, or any forums for that matter and decide to change it. I say we should let it go...

Yeah, we should. Freakin superficial people always worried about "Le Looke" of your precious superheros. "I think Routh LOOKS too young." "I dont like the way the costume LOOKS." All jumpin to conclusions based on pictures. Well, since i like having fun im gonna see this movie when it comes out.... so take that!

simple, as fans we are entitled to complain if we don't like what we see... why? we buy the dvd, the merchandise, we spend money in overpriced cinema's to see our heros come to life...

if its not done right we can say so... simple as that...

it's still not gonna make Singer change the costume, or the actor. Even if you guys were to boycott it, and not see it, there would still be alot of curious people who haven't had a remote idea who or what Superman is. They would still see it. I'm a Superman comic/film fan myself, I'm satisfied with what he's doing right now. That's my opinion. And even if it's a bad movie, seeing the costume before hand isn't spoiling it for me. Take Batman & Robin for example: seeing those horrid bat-nipples disturbed me, but I saw the movie anyway. And seeing the bad writing/acting, etc. actually gave me proof it was bad. Lesson learned, you don't have solid proof the movie will suck until you see it. My take on SR, I am expecting it to be great.

i think that the costume could be only a red and blue thong and still look good if they picked the right guy...... man, i've seen many pictures of this guy dressed as clark kent and even if ya'll say he looks a lot like christopher reeve, he doesn't. but now that i see him dressed as superman i am totally convinced that he is not superman, his face is...... dean look much better than this guy. 🙁

Brandon Routh looks great as Superman but I think that he needs to bulk up just a teency weency more.I hope that they also have the black and silver costume for his journey to New Krypton.With the technology we have now,we can basically make anything.I love the new Brandon Routh costume and I hope that they keep it.

i agree with TFP on the costume...that pics is by far the best one....but alas...we'll never see it...

Routh is a HORRIBLE Superman!!!! He looks like a bad Fred Meyer model in a box Halloween costume. He's wrong on soooo many levels. It's not too late, cast Tom Welling. Reeve passed the torch to him in Smallville.
