Grievous has not four, but two of these modified blasters. Meaning that he can wield up to three lightsabers effectively, while still dual-wielding blasters.

He may have advanced sensors and whatnot, but absolutely nothing compared to what Grievous has. Grievous is death itself. The machined, steel version of everything that is terrible and painful in this world. He's a living weapon, like Wolverine times ten.
Re-read my post. Even reinforced Kevlar (bullet-proof vest material) cannot take full-powered, direct hits from, say a Magnum, at any where within twenty, thirty, hell, fifty feet, if at all. The armor is essentially Boba's 'hit ponits'. When he takes a direct shot, two aor three at most, his armor is going to be blasted through, and he is going to be shredded by his own deflected bolts. End of story.

Yes but what makes you think Grevious can withstand alot of fire? Also GG will have to be standing still to get an excellent shot. And so will Boba. if they move then they cant aim perfectly right and if the dont move they are in danger of bieng hit hard by a bolt. there by blasters arent that good in this fight. Boba has a lot of other weapons while grevious has a lot of lightsabers. yet bobas only real effective weapon is his flamethrower since not much aim is needed. So boba can uses his flamethrower and weaken grevios a lot. And BTW im also not a fanboy i just think Boba will win.
