First what version of Boba are we talking about? Lotf Boba is like 80 yrs old and has lots more exp than Jango. For one, he is like at least 40 yrs older than Jango so how can he NOT have more exp? u tell me
To kill Boba, u first have to catch him on a jetpack which is hard.. u think GG can jump like 100 feet in the air? i think not.
Also, Boba starts learning the mandalorian ways after he becomes the new mandalore.
His experience as a bounty hunter included killing lots of jedi and He survived against Vader in a duel, who imo is alot more powerful than GG and can use the force.

If we're talking about AoTC Boba, then obviously he looses. OT boba survived a sarlaac which means his armor was good/durable enough to prevent acid from dissolving him etc.
Boba can use detpacks, and when GG walks over, Boba can just detonate them in his face. or He could hide in a tree and blast GG with rockets. He can't twirl his sabers at gokuspeed to block rockets cuz they explode. so that makes his lightsabers useless, unless in close range.
Boba has more gadgets than Jango and improved armor. He made modifications to Slave I and with his immense wealth, he could easily get any gadgets he wanted.
About the jedi dueling thing..
Boba doesn't need to duel jedi because he is apparently alot smarter than most of them. If he was able to snipe so many jedi, won't that mean their precog is effed up or useless? GG doesn't have precog so Boba could sneak up behind him and blow him to bits. Or set him of fire with a flamethrower.
Hopefully this isn't a double post cuz I'm counting on ppl to post every 5 seconds..

and in LOTF, Boba is invunerable to lightsabers and has the neck guard thingy. If not LOTF, he has a jet pack and Grevious would somehow have to fly up at least 100 feet to catch boba. I don't think he can jump that high.

If Obi-wan can shoot Grevious with a shitty blaster, why couldn't Boba shoot Grevious with a high power sniper rifle? GG wouldn't even know that Boba was even in the area because he doesn't have precog. And no he is not crippled, but without the force, he wouldn't be able to deflect blaster fire as well as jedi's who died at the hands of Boba. GG just overwhelmed many jedi with sheer speed and power. If the Jedi had thought about levitating GG with the force, wouldn't he be screwed? Another jedi could throw his lightsaber at GG, or immobilize him with stasis. what about the stun power? No one can physically compete with the force. Boba could just shoot him from behind and GG would die.. (ok i'm not trying to be funny this time).

Is he supposed to rip/cut a tree from ther ground and throw that at Boba? or lets say there were like random weapons on the ground. with 4 lightsabers in his hands, he can't pick up additional weaons. If there were random boxes and crates, would he just kick one at Boba? boba has fast reflexes also and can dodge too. I mean unless GG throws like a ship at boba...

Different ppl have different ways of thinking.. even if its warped logic. Forgive my shitty logic but if boba can snipe Jedi's, why can't he snipe GG? Ya he has uber reflexes but he doesn't have precog. He wouldn't even know boba was there in the first place, while Boba tracked him down with some mini scanner connected to his helmet with 360 degree vision. GG can't sneak up on Boba but Boba can with GG.

Also of note Grievous's armor can take glancing blows from a lightsaber as he allowed a jedi to land glancing blows on his forearm that "did little more than add a new odor to the room." His armor was said to be "more suited for a starfighter," that indicates how strong his armor was, which to me raises the question on how many blaster shots it would take from Fett to take Grievous down.
