I´m not half right. He shows Yoda how he teached the Jedi Order for centuries wrong to encounter the Sith so Luke was trained in a different way. And he showed Yoda the way to keep his spirit in the force although they united with the Force. Qui-Gonn was Yoda´s new master and Obi´s new master too after ROTS. Without him Obi would have been never able to help and lead Luke! Luke would have never known Yoda cause Obi would have been never be able to inform Luke about him. And that´s the easy point about it!
Qui-Gonn changed Yoda´s point of view at the Force. And Yoda admitted that he was wrong the way he tought the Jedi for centuries.

Thats all very true, but to say that QG was responsible for all the good changes that came about in the Jedi after his death is shortchanging Obi, Yoda and esp Luke.. Which I might point out it seems that by ESB Obi & Yoda have reverted back seeing as how they were so vehement that Luke NOT go to Bespin to save his friends. It was exactly that type of thinking that started Anakin's fall... not letting him feel for those he loved. So it is very much to Luke's OWN credit (which seems to have nothing to do with QG) that he did what he felt he had to do. Even if he failed he knew in his heart that he tried and that makes all the difference. And I wasnt flaming you sweetie, I just dont completely agree.............

I dont think thats true at all... and while Qui Gon is responsible for bringing Anakin to the Jedi everything that happens after that he has no influence on... Qui Gon is a great charachter in my opinion and it is cool that he will teach the ghost trick but I would say that Yoda is responsible for the Jedi's actions and of course Palpatine/Sidious is really in control of everything that happens after Anakin is found

well in the OT sids isnt in control of EVERYTHING the way he was in the PT.. other wise he would have known about Luke & Leia & done something about them before they were old enough to be a threat to him. I think that once the balance shifts in favor of the Darkside, his vision is clouded much like Yoda's is in the PT while the Jedi were in control.
