I dont think thats true. Hulk was hurting him in Ghost Rider: WWH if i recall correctly.

Magneto defeated Ghost Rider along with the rest of the Champions in a comic.

I'm guessing that was the ghost rider = Blaze from the 70's

how about now if they were to have a rematch ?
