What will happen to Hyperspace after ROTS comes out? Will there be ANY reason to pay 40 bucks for it?

Its been 40 bucks for a while.

The price is for the Official Fan Club, not just Hyperspace.

And probably they will keep Hyperspace open for the TV Series, having exclusive content there.

They will keep Hyperspace open and the price is $39.95 and i am member also and i suggest for any Star Wars fan to go a pay for it because you dont know what your missing.

Well I for one feel that all HS members should unite and refuse to just give away what we pay hard earned money for.
