Ooc: My mistake, forgot to put in bold print last time! But to answer the above question, I think so...at least, thats what it sorta sounds like. Anywho...
The faint sound of the door to Vlad’s chamber was heard closing, the Commander leaving the two to their business. Leo peered over the frame of the door, making sure it was only her and Vlad occupying the room. She grinned devilishly, eyes aglow, fangs revealed. It would be a good day after all.
Disturbing her thoughts were two squeaks, the sound of the shower being turned off. The water stopped, a clean hand extending from a small opening in the glass. “I would hope you’d get out so I…” He drifted off, fingers not grabbing his expected towel.
Her smile broadened, Leo dangling the towel just out of arm’s length. “Hope you weren’t looking for this?” He reached for it once more, Leo immediately pulling it from his range. She did this a few more times before starting to giggle.
From the shower could be heard the sound of cracking knuckles. Vlad growled in his annoyance. “Girl-”
“Leo,” corrected Leo, holding the towel up into the light. “And I think I qualify to be a little older than a ‘girl’, don’t you think?”
“Woman, I could care less,” drawled out Vlad cruelly. “My towel, no-”
“Itsa Leo, stranger, Leo!” snapped Leo in a mock Italian accent, slightly irritated at being called everything but her name. She licked her lips, eyes sparkling. “Then again, you could-” She moved out of the way of another grab, admiring herself in the mirror. “You could scream my name as loud as you want, that doesn’t mean I’ll give back your towel. But…” She bit her lip, eyes on the healing wound in her arm. “You want it so bad, step out and get it. Not unless you have something you’re not too proud of,” mused Leo innocently.
“You’re hilarious…” said Vlad, words laced with sarcasm and poison. Poking his head out from behind the shower curtain, he reached out a hand, eyes narrowed. “Last chance, my towel…Leo.”
“My name!” shouted Leo gleefully. She moved to give Vlad back his towel, yanking it back at the last second. She waved a finger. “Naughty, naughty. Didn’t I tell you my name wouldn’t do anything?”
“Very well.”
Vlad stepped back behind the shower, leaving a very curious Leo to her thoughts. With both hands, she held the towel up to the light, frowning suddenly at the sound of metal being unwound. Glancing to Vlad’s silhouette in the curtain, she realized a certain detail was missing. But what…? She inched towards the door some, widening her eyes as she dropped the towel, narrowly avoiding a long piece of metal whipping out from the shower.
Falling to her backside, Leo closed her eyes as she massaged her heart. “Damn!” Opening both eyes after getting over the initial shock, she found the towel wasn’t on the floor. It was just managing to cover up the form of Vlad from the waist down. Both brows raised high at the hair trailing down to his ankles, ponytail piece still in hand. She looked up to him plainly. “You realize you coulda killed me with that, right?”
“Silly Leo,” He gave a smile, that soon changing into an eye roll as he made to exit the bathroom. “That was the point.” He muttered.
Scrambling up to her feet, Leo followed Vlad out the room, slamming the bathroom door. She raised a brow. “Fashion accessory that doubles as a weapon. Clever, I’ll give you that,” Leo was going to go into a more detailed talk, mainly composed of her cursing him out, stopping as she noticed the hints of a scar playing across his back. She moved to get closer, snapping back to the closer door instantly. Looking back, she gasped at a huge portion of her shirt wedged into the door. She tugged, but to no avail. “Er…long hair, care to help me out? I’m sorta stuck in…your door.”
Glancing back, Leo saw a vengeful smile play across his lips. He turned his back to her with a shrug, sliding on his underwear beneath his towel. “I could care less. One less whiny voice to deal with…” He chuckled.
Leo started to jump for him, yanked back once more. Forming a small ‘ow’ as she collided with the door, she warned. “If I have to end up tearing my shirt, we WILL have problems. Now help me.”
“We always have problems,” Vlad shrugged yet again, wrapping back his hair. “This just makes it so I won’t have to worry about you jumping out at me. Besides, it’s not like you’d tear-” A loud rip interrupted him. He turned back slowly, just in time to catch Leo pouncing in his direction.
Bringing him down to the ground, Leo scowled, anything but amused. “I spent fifty dollars, American for this bloody thing! Now tell me, whose gonna pay for it?”
“You’re asking the wrong person.” Stated Vlad flatly.
“It’s stuck in your door!” pointed out Leo.
“But I didn’t rip it! And in case you didn’t notice, I didn’t invite you in here.”
“Like it matters…” Leo scoffed, blowing her hair from her vision. “Until you agree to pay for it, I’m not moving.”
“Then you’re gonna be on top of me for a long time, cause I’m not paying for it,” said Vlad coolly, nails slowly lengthening. Leo scowled heavily, the two soldiers throwing daggers at each other from heated stares. An outside voice soon interrupted the stare down.
“Woman, what are you doing inside of this soldier’s quarters?” barked a gruff voice from outside the door. Apparently, the servant didn’t lock it back.
Whipping her head in the direction of the soldier, Leo shouted. “I’m arguing, what does it look like I’m doing?!?” On retrospect, she realized the scene probably did look odd. She was, after all, sitting on top of a barely dressed Vlad, her long shirt torn from the ribs down. Seeing the man start to answer, Leo held up her hand with a faint blush. “Don’t…answer that.”
The soldier chuckled. “Yeah, no need to. It’s obvious from this view point.”
At this, Vlad sat up, throwing Leo from on top of him. “It’s not what you think,” he pointed out to the amused man.
Leo rubbed her backside, getting to her feet. In her defense, she said. “I don’t even know his name! Why would I do…” She searched for the right words, finally sputtering. “THAT with…HIM?!”
“Promiscuous?” suggested the soldier.
“My ass I’m promiscuous,” Leo scowled at his implication, preparing to slash the soldier a few several hundred times. Jumping in his direction, she let out a loud ‘ow’ at feeling a fierce tug to her scalp. Rubbing her bruised head, she glanced back tearfully to Vlad. “Oy…what the hell?”
His fangs were bared in a maniacal smile. “Not…in…HERE!” shouted Vlad, quickly letting go of her hair.
Scratching lightly at the hand that once held her hair, she pointed a sharp nail in Vlad’s direction. “I’ll deal with you later,” She exited the room, not even flinching as the door slammed behind her.
To her amusement, the soldier had already left, not willing to risk what Leo would have done to him. Shrugging at the lost...victim, Leo ventured back to her room, changing into a pair of black denim jeans and a low cut v-curve top. She threw on her trench coat, placing a Benelli into the back portion of her coat, her sai's to the side. It would have to do if the 'friendly' meeting between Commander's turned anything but...
