Resident Evil (GC) Glitches?

Well, I've managed to stumble across the Grenade Launcher glitch, but only for the US and JAP versions.

Just wondering if anyone knows how to preform this glitch on the PAL version, or if maybe its been fixed.

I think Capcom fixed it in the PAL version, I'm not 100% sure though.
