I think that civility lies way beyond that.

Yeah, I consider the civilised world as the modern world. You may not agree, but whatever the case, I think you know what I mean.

I do this for weeks at a time... it's called summer 😎

You dont use the Internet, televison, or video games at all during the summer?

The point is for children mostly, and how parents should limit their exposure to the afore mentioned.

And it's the internet you're not using, not the computer itself.

I'm testing my self discipline this way 😮
I'm alotting myself one DVD movie a day and only before 7 pm.

Maybe instead of suddenly withholding this stuff from kids after allowing them to use them regularly, they should have limited their usage of these items to begin with.

And what, they won't let the kids use these things for a week, then the kids will gorge themselves when the week is up with video games, tv and the internet.
