Standing there, rather baffled by the events unfolding around him, Rooks ponders quietly.
"AI's in the game.." He thought "Yuna's purpose is to reformat The World.. So then.. What are Keiji's and that man.. Luther.. What were they created for?"
About then Keiji regained conciousness, and appeared to have suffered a memory block, much Keita's suprise. Idlely, he thought, "Well.. I guess its a good thing I didn't go through a formal introduction before now.."
who are you guys? i swear i've seen you before, but i can't remember where! well, i play this game so much, i bet we've met before. how'd i get here? last thing i remember was an empty class room.
*acting friendlier that before*
so who are you all? you seem friendly enough but i would like your names.
Keita stepped back this was getting just too weird for her. Keiji obviously bumped his head or something, "Lets go Yuna." She grabbed Yuna's hand and ran off.
"Luther did something to him!!" Yuna said worriedly, "I think he has turned Keiji to his side! I wouldn't know how.... I mean.." Yuna stopped midsentence when they came to an abrupt stop, "What was that for?"
Keita stood staring at the man before her, the same one that talked to Keiji just a few minutes ago, he spoke before either of them had a chance to take in his presence completely, "Yuna dear, why have you come out of your box. You're not scheduled to for several more years. It is not time to wipe the system yet."
Yuna shrunk back, "I was supposed to be out years ago! You're lying! You kept me there!!" She tried to run but Keita still had a firm hold on her hand.
Keita swept her staff up before her, "You're not taking Yuna anywhere!! I'll die before I let that happen!!!!" She winced when she realized that probably wasn't the best thing to say. I wish we hadn't run off so quick like that....now we're alone. I don't even know if Yuna is capible of fighting...
"I'll be happy to kill you." He grinned.
Rooks watches Keita take off with Yuna. It dawns on him that the guardian should have shown up by now, but its strangely quiet. He watches Lance and Keiji exchange dialog for a moment before he realizes that the dungeon hasn't been cleared, and quickly darts off to find Keita and Yuna.
He runs a ways before he hears voices up ahead.. He makes it close enough to see Yuna hiding behind Keita from Luther, but not sure if any of them heard him. Luther then utters 'I'll be happy to kill you.' with a malevolent look in his eye and a grin on his face.
He unsheathes his blades with an audible metallic ring, and strides purposely forward out of the shadows. "I knew something about you bugged me.. Granted I may barely know anyone here, but I tend to detest letting anyone in my group die without lifting a finger.."
Walks between Keita and Luther and stares him cooly in the eye, "And I'm not about to start."
Smirks slightly and says challengingly to Luther "Lets go.." and lunges at him.
Keita saw Rooks stride up and go in front of her, challenging Luther. She didn't know what to do with Yuna, but she couldn't let some stranger, almost stranger, protect her. Especially since she did not know his real strength.
She stepped up beside Rooks and let go of Yuna's hand, "Just stay back Yuna...Don't let him near you!" Keita murmered and then to Luther she said, "Well, I ain't going down without a fight!"
Keita whispered a few rushed words of a spell and suddenly they were enclosed in a fighting sphere, "No running away either." She gave Rooks a wink. Yuna stood outside the sphere, she banged her fist on the sides, yelling aparently, but Keita couldn't hear what she was saying.
