Who's that Jedi?

Hi there People,

I was wondering if any of you could tell me the name of a specific Jedi in Episode II

He is an Alien with "dreadlock-Style" Tentacles on his head and knocks out C3PO while his head is stuck on an assault droid.
He's sort of greenish. I am sure you guys know who i mean.

Whats his name? Does he have a specific story? I think he is the coolest jedi.
