I think Apocolypse is a great viallain...he's genuinly evil and dark...then u think about the celestial technology he has...he's pretty scary...
However, Magneto and Dr. Doom are still probably the best earthbound villains, most deadly, powerful, and have had the best stories

venom ISNT a villain. He wouldnt dare harm an innocent, He wouldnt harm a innocent if his own life was in jeopardy.... But... Carnage on the otherhand...
