Only if you choose superman's body. Then you get his kryptonite weakness.
You choose whose body you want. Whose mind you wish to operate the body, and which powers you want.
Making the choices for the body or mind are crucial. For example, you may use:
Morg (Mind/powers)
Superman (body/powers)
Loki (powers)
Morg is a ruthless herald that likes to use brute strength against his opponents. He has no experience wielding magically asgardian powers or experience using another body. Those are the consequences of your choices.
Many factors like this come into play. Strategy is the key.
Well Quick Freeze had to drop out of the tourney (school stuff) and it looks like I might have his spot...too much is changing right now...
I'll update this thread with the complete list of contestants (and odds 😉 ) after the teams have been set.
Oh, and the Destroyer was officially banned (collective sigh of relief from anyone who isn't Scoobless) so it's back to square one...

k...here's an updated roster of people in the tourney. I'm back in it so I can't make "odds" because it might reveal who I think has better teams than others (there are some good ones). Technically, under my old system of "the later you enter the tourney, the smaller your chances are" I'm the biggest underdog in the whole thing. But we all know that's not the case... 😈
Remember to vote once the tourney starts...but vote based on both how the contestants debate as well as the strength of their team, not just one or the other.
Feel free to remark on good/bad teams, good/bad picks, or liklihood of someone winning, but please refrain from talking individually on how the fights would play out. That's what the tourney is for...

Yeah...too lazy to do the mind/body stuff right now. I'll get to it soon though. This thread, at this point, is more to increase awareness for the tourney than anything, so that more people will vote.
And initially, I was going to have my Loki-run character just jump into the Destroyer (it can hold more than one person) and become the dominant persona (because Loki's controlled the Destroyer before), but if you had picked Thor like you did for round 3 that would've negated that strategy...it was a good strategy while it lasted though.

Teams...only one of the three in the amalgam can be the mind and/or body. Powers from all three are used, but the mind controlling them might not be completely used to the others' powers. For example, KVD has Manhunter and Mordred the Mystic. If Manhunter controls the mind, he'll be sweet with telepathy, but wouldn't be too proficient with Mordred's magic. It adds an extra layer of strategy to the tourney.

Popular opinion before the picks was that Khell and Scoob were the favorites. They have strong teams, no doubt, but honestly I'd wager that someone new will come out on top. Scoob and Khell will be walking targets, and no one's team matches up well against everybody else's team...they all have at least one or two weaknesses (mine included, even though I'm happy with my picks, though I wouldn't tell any of my weaknesses...hehe).
But again, remember to vote (intelligently, of course) once the tournament starts (which should be in the next few days).

Didnt see this thread before so ill post my predictions that i posted in the main thread here:
Im going with some predictions in this Contest and it looks like Khellendros, Scoobless, Nataku, and Digi will be in the semifinals with Scoobless and Nataku advancing to the finals, but be careful with Sentry and K Von Doom their characters look like the Wildcards in this one... but im going with expierance in this contest cuz its gonna take alot of knowledge and stragedy to cut through the field thus the Last Man Standing after a hard long Final in my opinion will be Flash Thordon (Scoobless)... No offense to anyone else i think all teams look great and im sure all of you are knowlegable of your own characters, i mean you guys would crush me if i was in this, but im just giving my prediction.
