It depends if its just Phoenix (Jean Grey she can be called that too) and theres actually a character with the name of Pharalax, and then SS Galactus crushes them.

But if this is Phoenix Force with Parallax and SS then Galactus is done for.

I believe Phoenix briefly fought G and was winning then fled after realizing she was killing future generations for her power. Then again big G was about to eat so he was weak at the time... team wins
