Anyway, what you are referring to is Pre retcon MM, who will win against Dark Phoenix or any version of Phoenix. I think Dark Phoenix wins against Post MM. Actually not sure.

Post MM is to damn powerful, there is two sides to him. That is a passive MM who stated by LT is one of the most powerful beings, then you Evil Molecule Man who beat Beyonder and almost wiped out the whole Multi-universe during there battle.
