Wormholes

What are thoughts about Wormholes. In the dictionary they say its a hole that transport you through the universe.......

I think it's a theory, not proven...If it is true, I hope we find one soon.

OR maybe it's how the ET's get to and from here...if you believe in them. alien2

Apparently they're a theory. Nobody has unequivocally proven the existence of a wormhole before, but the theory itself is very feasible. (as opposed to creationism, which is complete hogwash) Many people think they have a link (theoretically) to black holes, but I doubt we'll know in our lifetime.

if they did exist, i could see ET's traveling through this becouse it would be alot faster than going across billions of galaxies..i believe in them

and, i've heard they are possible. they haven't found one yet have they?

this is not a philosophical question, its more a question of physics.

however, according to some wormholes could allow us to travel through time. thus we could have a philosophical discussion on the ethics of time travel.

Wormholes are, theoretically, two or more black holes interlinked.

If Einstein's theory is correct and space-time can move and fluctuate, then they are highly possible.

See, again theoretically, nothing exists inside of a black hole, including time itself. Now, if space-time were to bend in a certain way where two black holes connected, they would create a 'tunnel' so to speak, across incalculable millions of miles.

Since 'time' does not exist in a black hole/wormhole, then, if it were possible to travel through one, then we would end up across the universe, and perhaps even in another time.

yeah but according to einstein worm hole are impossible to create

thou string theory says that buy removing a string from the space it occupies that is creates a rip causein a hole and a "worm hole"
