A class period is generally between 40 minutes to an hour long, and I doubt this was right at the beginning of class. They could have waited until the period was over.

in some schools, plus if they were watching a movie its most lkely they were gonna see the whole thing

Like I said before, does anyone these days know "respect your elders" anymore?

A teacher is older than you, an authority figure, and a superior. They deserve respect. If YOU want respect from a teacher, you must earn it. All my teachers respected me, want to know why? Because I respected them and wasn't an ass like so many other students are.

well we dont know the whole background of the story so we cant just hypotheically say he was an arse to his teacher all the time..
an average student SHOULD be allowed to go the bathroom when he needs to

No, bathroom breaks are privileges. thats why mom always asks go to the bathroom before we take a trip.

trip = watching a movie
the balance doesnt quite seem to be equal

your in a car=your in a classroom

in a car on a trip miles away from a bathroom = on a classroom watching a movie 3 feet away from the bathroom

ya but your parents are the ones that will let you go to the bathroom. theyll pull over and let you get out. They say go. Same with the teacher, he'll allow you to go. When he says so.

A. Parents... Teachers?
B. By you going to the bathroom slows down the trip, by you going to the bathroom in class doesnt bother anyone

Teachers are the authority figures in the classroom though. Parents of the household.
obvioulsy the teacher felt it was bothering his class by letting him go. and i think i know why. By lettin him go. others would get up and ask to go as well. I know this trick. I did it myself. Leave class and hang out in the bathroom. or just ditch.
