I bought it.........
I think it's better than Blade 2. Sure......the story could have been better and Hannibal King's lame/unfunny jokes annoyed the hell out of me but it was nice to see Blade as a no holds barred, badass vampire killing machine again...............something that Blade 2 fell short on.
Am I the only person who cannot get past Van Wilder when it comes to Ryan Reynolds? Everytime I see the man or hear him talk he is Van Wilder to me............impossible for me to accept him as a different character.
"The Amityville Horror" (2005) I think, is what he'll be best remembered for now, though. I saw bits and pieces of "Van Wilder", not too memorable. I won't comment on "Blade 3" here, since it's the DVD threa,d but I will say I won't buy it, I don't think it's worth buying, and I'll never watch it again.
umm i saw van wilder and i don't remember him for that role. if anything i remember him from "two guys and a girl"
but when i see him on screen he jus is the character he's playing to me. He was good on amityville horror and he wasn't too bad on trinity.
but anyway back to topic. ..i bought the unrated DVD and there were some ok extras..but i dont think its worth buying at full price. i personally got the dvd for $9 so i think it was a good purchase.
I own the Blade Trinity dvd. It surely did justice for how horrible Blade 2 was. As good a movie it was, I think it was still good, but not as good as the first, but much better than the second. Some parts were action packed for sure, but there were too many cheese-ball moments, way too much comedy for a sci-fi/action-adventure flic, and the fact that there were about 10+ close ups on mac products (hey, I love my ipod too, but c'mon..) ranked this movie lower with me.
Worth buying? That's up in the air. I did because I wanted the complete trilogy. I'm sure their sales will be high for that reason only. If this were a stand alone movie, I'd have borrowed it.

I did that with "The Matrix", then realized how horrible the sequels were, then the fact I sheepishly bought into the "Own the Trilogy" promotion, I sold the last 2. It was a real conscience clearer, and something I'll never do again.

i have not seen matrix 2 or 3 because i loved the first one and hearing everyone talk about how the other 2 are i jus want to leave my thoughts on the first one.
i hope that made sense..lol
