Not sure. There's stuff like that about the rules in the initial thread Evangel made to sign up for the tourney (or maybe it was for round 1 of the draft). So you'd either have to find the thread, or ask Evangel.

But I got my picks, and if more than one person wants IM I'd be fine with it, so I'm not too worried about it. And my personal opinion is that ThorBuster armor has been in enough comics and is widely enough known that it should be allowed. Besides, IM made it to hang with Thor...I don't think he ever actually beat him in it, so it's still well within the power limits.

is DR strange can scare off Cyttorak in his own world, how is Cyt above herald.

The only reason Odin was upset Cyttorak was free is because Cyttorak is insane and will kill anything he can. but not because he isnt more powerful than odin or loki or Thor.

I want cyttorak for his spells.

Here's a bio on Cyttorak. He gave Juggernaut his powers! And that's only a fraction of Cyttorak's powers. He also fashioned stuff for Strange at one point...so Strange definitely isn't on the same level as him (even though Strange is obviously quite powerful)

And Loki isn't above herald....at least I don't think so. Thor has thwarted and/or beat him multiple times, and he's one heckuva sorcerer, but not above herald level.

Apparently, yes. Scoob has Wally and SS has Impulse/Kid Flash (forget his name). So that appears to be ok. Pretty soon this'll just be a "who can come up with the best Flash theories and simultaneously shoot down their opponents plans" tourney.
