what are the differences between ant-man and atom's powers again? im not too familiar with either. . .

I think Atom can grow smaller than Ant-Man.

The Atom would win. By himself. Antman can shrink to the size of an ant and the Atom can shrink down to a string. Which is smaller than a proton.

They can't. The Atom theoritically could defeat damn near everyone.
