Spawn Versus The Darkness

Both beings are fueled by rage and evil. Both have supernatural powers at their command. Who takes this win, Jackie or Al????

I would lean towards Jackie only because of his gremlins that could over time tire Spawn but then again they didn't tire Hulk out either.
For now I would say Darkness until convinced otherwise

God-Spawn or normal Spawn?
Fight takes place at night or in daylight?

Regular Spawn with no added weaponry or uber powers.
Fight is of course at night.
