you really shouldnt have put cyber in this battle, i havent seen a character alone even come remotely close at beating him. I havent even seen a team get lucky at beating him thru physical confrontation; xfactor tried and got slaughtered, they had to retreat to think of a way to bring him down, dark riders got a mud hole stumped in them. I dont see spiderman and deathstroke accomplishing anything more that what other teams has. cyber is a walking killing machine, everything that you do physically he always laughs at your effort. Spiderman isnt knocking him out, because the guy took head up punches from strong guy who is 7 times as strong as spiderman and laughed at him, which it lead to strong guy getting the worse beat down of his career. Please just make this a spiderman vs slade fight because adding cyber is just suicide.
quick freeze, be honest, you dont know who cyber is do you. The guy who had an entire city fear him (madripoor). the guy who physically beat the xfactor.The guy who physically took down the dark riders. The guy who always laugh at his enemies effort to bring him down, ending with them running, thinking of a strategy. You dont know who cyber is.

if spidey hits him dead on in the mouth with a decent amount, it will take cyber at least the amount of time for either 2 to attack to effectively do something about it. it's sticky, its strong, and it's strechy, even with claws its hard to just instantly rip it off. and thats just one of the scenerios cyber can be defeated in. as there are many for the other 2 getting defeated.
sabretooth ripped it off his arm with ease with his organic claws.......wolverine has sliced through the stuff easily too...... cyber's aren't just any claws they're adamantium razor sharp......and one good punch to the face? nu uh...ain't gonna happen......why cause like I said before the guy is basically like sabretooth with adamantium skin.....sabes took full on shots from a class 50 tonner.......spidey's not packing that kind of power....even if he was...you have to consider he's gonna be in prime slashing position....if he's bounding around to avoid getting cut...(which would be a miracle in itself...considering cybers faster than wolverine by leaps and bounds....) he won't be able to get any kind of power output.....not compared to if he was grounded.
spiderman is a non factor against cyber, spiderman fears wolverine, i know for a fact that cyber would be his worst nightmare. Spiderman punches isnt hurting cyber, cyber fought a guy called tornado (who is in the 80 ton range) and he knock him out with a round house to the face, after taking a punch from him. If cyber was to rip the web off of his skin taking flesh with it, the guy has a healing factor, he will heal up just fine. quickfreeze do you honestly think that cyber will be standing still during the entire encounter, no, he will be dodging (which he dont have to) and weaving just like the other 2. Like i said before spiderman is a none factor in this fight, the only use i see him as, is if he tag up with ds to try and bring cyber down (which i dont even think that would work). When marvel killed cyber, they got rid of a power house, an unbeatable foe, they might did that because he was slapping there #1 money maker around (wolverine). I cant see to many people in marvel bringing him down, hand to hand, that is something that a team of mutants havent even accomplished yet. I think that cyber would make short work of spiderman and it would be a long fight with ds, with ds using all the bullets and bombs he had at his disposal resorting in h2h and that would be the end of the fight, with cyber standing victorous.

I doubt it.....I mean he could avoid blows for some time...but cyber only needs one shot...just one....and ds is done for...but I agree...ds is more than capible of totally and utterly HANDLING cyber without having to get close.
