It wouldn't fire simultaneously, he would need 2 hands, but, he can fire them at superhuman speed, making that a yes.

Slade doesn't have precog, just fast reflexes.

Slade does have a form of precog. He can predict several battle scenarios with near perfect accuracy. His brain functions along with his strength and agility were increased tenfold....he basically has a superhuman mind.

Yes he has advanced reflexed and a tactical mind, but still no exact pre cognition.

It means the webbing is from HIM, kinda like a spider. In the movie, it came from his wrists, and thats what he is talking about, but he should be able to mount an offense with it.
