HK would win, a killing machine has an advantage of a wookie that just likes to do it. Besides HK is an experienced Jedi killer and has learned tactics from Revan himself, i think the droid knows what its doing. Not to mention that it will stop at nothing to take out his targets and he will not be bothered the slightest if he has to bomb an entire building just to kill Hanharr actually i think he would like it.

HK's the type to napalm Kashykk to get Hanharr.
