Who All Actually Reads About Vampires!

Okay, we have so got to get together on this one! We've all heard of Anne Rice and Laurell K. Hamilton (well, most of us anyway), and I know that 'Interview with the Vampire' is already open to discuss.

Is there anybody else out there who writes good vamp novels? Everywhere I look I ring up stupid dead-ends. I like Mary Ann Mitchell, and I even like the new author who writes about Damali Richards as the Neteru.

Is there anything more for those of us wierdos interested in wierdness?
