Is there anything more mind numbing and depressing than revision?

I don't think so, and to make matters worse it's a lovely day outside. 🙁

It makes me want to just quit the course and go out on an all day drinking session instead.

I found myself that all the subjects i revised for i failed and all the subjects i didnt revise for i passed.

Sweet, delicious irony

I decided the best bet was to only revise the subjects I don't enjoy, as those are the ones I'll struggle with.

However, on closer inspection, I realised I didn't enjoy any of the classes I took this year. Damn.

It's taken up my whole life.

I'm doing a part time MSc in Advanced Manufacturing Systems. And yes, it's as boring as that sounds. 🙁

If it's called "revision," does that mean that you didn't do it right the first time?

It means I'm revising for a number of exams, i.e. going through loads of work/notes taken throughout the year in an attempt to remember stuff. 🙄

to go with my other post, i find that if i spend the time to revise, then i seem to try to hard and not take anything in, whilst if i just not revise and go there on the day, my mind feels more fresh and not over-worked due to revision, so i can find the answers easier.

No thats how life is supposed to be, study you fail do nothing you pass...

At least thats how i get by

My employer pays for my course, so if I fail I doubt they'll appreciate the fact I just left the exam to chance.

I think I'll be sticking with the more conventional method. ✅

My next exam isn't till next Wednesday, so I'll probably do my next revision at the weekend and some Tuesday (got a revision day off work).

But for now.... no more revision! 😄

I hate studying for exams....mine are in two weeks....
