I don't know, Thing only need one punch to hit Cylops and he could kill him actully pretty easily and he wouldn't even need to punch him strong, but it would still be enough to kill him easily, so I think Thing has more chance.

True. But he needs to reach Cyke first. Cyclops knows that the Thing is incredibly invulnerable and that a plain ol optic blast just aint gonna do. So he's gonna take off his visor at the first second and give it all that he's got to stop him. I'm not saying it would work but Cyke's ultimate blasts were powerful enough to crack Onslaught's armour..
