Not really, because remember how they called the Cybermen ghosts originally? They weren't really, but it's how they appeared at first. Maybe the void between the two dimensions is becoming thin or something.
Though I will say I was very much less than pleased to see Rose. Her story is over so can we just keep it that way?

I would like to see the old Mondas Cybermen return instead of those parallel earth ones.
As for the dimension thing I belive this may be so, and it would help explain
Spoiler:(if he does return) but we also have the return of the Sontarans and the Ood so I expect a good series, i just hope they don't ruin the Sontarans return like they did the Masters last year.

Err, no idea what you mean by that.
As I say, Mondas cybermen appeared in just one story only. Mondas blew up after that. The Cybermen you know from the original seires were from Telos.

Mondas was the Earth-like world that the Cyber-thing started on, but it was home to the Mondasians, not really the Cybermen. The 'Cybermen' that came from there had, for example, entirely human hands.
Actual Cybermen from the classic series as we know it never came from Mondas; their home base was Telos.

well in an interview one of the Who people say "beware the black top with the buckle straps"
plus what would be the point in bringing the Daleks back for the finale if they were acting alone
Daleks are no fuss strictly mid season characters now so the Davros rumours add up
they are doing a good job at keeping it at rumour stage though
i suspect the missing title of episode 12(?) gives a bit away
i was hoping for the Rani but RTD has left the nail varnish hand of the Rani picking up the ring as a "gift" for future Who producers/writers/directors
