Spoiler:
I knew even before the season started that Davros would be this season's main villain. I mean, the Doctor's already faced his other arch enemies, so who else but the technological menace of Davros?

I read months ago that

Spoiler:
Bleach would be playing the role...

I read somewhere that 2 characters from Torchwood would be in one of the final episodes? Jack is one obviously. Anyone know if another from the series is coming into it?

Jackie, thats who we are talking about, i knew she was returning quite a while a go.

Nope, wasn't Jackie- hardly just a season 1 character.

Spoiler:
The actor who plays Ianto has confirmed he is in.

Considering there's not much of Torchwood left, I'm betting

Spoiler:
they're just going to bring the entire (remaining) team
.

I'm watching "Frontier In Space" right now, and it is quite possibly one of my favorite Doctor Who episodes to date. It's fun, well written, cheesy, and filled with classic Who villains.
I also saw the "Sontaran Stratagem" two parter of season 4, and is now another one of my favorite Doctor who stories. It brings in some new and exciting ideas, and making the Sontarans even cooler than before.

Also, I found this guy's list of the top 12 greatest Doctor Who villains of all time.

So, who do you think are the best Doctors to date? In my opinion, they are(in no order).....

David Eccleston - Eccleston had an extremely alluring and fun charm to him, able to feel mysterious yet lovable at the same time. He also really had the serious moments down to a tee, especially in "Dalek", which, in my opinion, is one of the best Doctor Who episodes of all time. It's a real shame that he was only around for one season.

David Tennant - The current Doctor is also one of the best of all, in my opinion. He's a funny fast talker that you can't help but love, and always uses his brain in the best ways, especially when it comes down to hilarious wit. And like Eccleston, he too has the drama down perfectly, but on a more explosive level.

Jon Pertwee - A very suave and calm version of the Doctor that always seems to say the right thing at the right time, and always knowing what to do. He definitely gave the likes of the Master a run for his money.

New ideas in the Sontaren Strategem??

The biggest problem with that story is that it was a recycling of all the same old stuff they've been doing since Rose- I mena, it's bcoming a game of "Which celebrity newsreader is going to tell us the world is doomed THIS time?" That and that the Sontarens were pretty useless, once their opponents were armed.

You mean Christopher Eccleston, of course. Who was extremely good.

Bit better this week but one little detail, what of the Master?

Well with that to one side I can safety say we are all looking forward to the grand slam bang show down ending next week. 😄

Was that a Dalek laughing in the trailer or you know who.

I liked that little laugh...i can only guess it to be him or Caan.

What of the Master? He was never returned to Time Lord form so Saxon was never there.

And what do you know? It WAS the link from the Sarah Jane Adventures after all!

it all comes together.

I like how they are bringing in Gwen from Torchwood also, AND the little boy from Sarah Jane Adventures(can't remember his name, the clone)!

CAN NOT WAIT

Brilliant episode, though they could have spent a bit more money on the beetle...

Yes, though

Spoiler:
they were rather brutally killed off in Turn Left. What the heck were they doing at the hospital anyway??

anyone see the Davros clip on CONFIDENTIAL ?
nice little surprise

good episode

Yep saw that on the behind the scenes 🙂

What was up with Billies voice?
and it appears the Harriet Jones rumours are true seeing as shes in the trailer
whos the woman with The Judoon though?

That was actually really good. Rose was actually not useless for once and I liked her more in this episode than I did during most of her run as an actual companion. As always I loved Donna. I did not expect the

Spoiler:
Bad Wolf bit
at the end, so that was cool.

Can't wait for next week...

(and personally I'm curious about how the meeting between Jack and Donna will go 😛)

I've been pleasently suprised by the past couple of episodes. They've both been really really good. And next week looks awesome, but I don't really see how they're going to fit everything into 2 40 minute episodes. Going to be fun to find out though. And as long as it doesn't end with some form of turning back time so that nothing ever happened, I'll be happy.

For some reason, considering the whole 'two words' and it being Rose Tyler,

Spoiler:
Bad Wolf
was not so unexpected...

In any case, good episode. It was strange seeing Rose Tyler acting mysterious and know-it-all.

Torchwood next episode! Sort of.

Well, I can help out a little on that one- the final episode is extra long, coming in at 60.

Still cramped though.
