Not at all hard for you to find such practice, but remember practice is also used as a means of qualification here- and that has to be a bit more impartial. You can bring friends, but not show off your heritage (else the top guys would have an unfair advantage).
Is anyone going to practice with another player?
All Lords are available.
You know- it's odd. Farael seems to be apart from the rest of the Council, who are all more or less in the same area. He doesn't seem to be associating with them. Actually, he's not associating at all; he's leaning against a wooden balcony, looking at the crowd. Even stripped of his armour, Farael is a large and impressively powerful man.
"Argentis, isn't it?" he says, when you approach. "From the Eotheod."
"Well I was wondering if you could help me with some pointers of how to talk to the other lords. I got off on a rough start with (that guy I had a fight with when we were travelling in the downs) and since I plan on staying here until the war is over I think it is of vital importance that I work that out, and learn some manners in the proces.
The reason I picked you is because you appear to be the kind of man that reminds me of home. Strong, straight and not too keen on those lil, dare I say girly, details"

Well, Darvan would like to offer to spar with any of the Lord's children who are looking for a partner. We don't show off our heritage because the top guys would have the advantage? Who exactly are the top guys?
The Dunadan Lords. As they control all the armed forces, they'd have rather better access to orofessional sparring partners.
As it is, they practice either at random or with their friends, like everyone else.
