The Comet(Marvel) v Captain Comet (DC)

Both Fly
Both are Silver age Icons who wins

I don't remember a Comet in Marvel, but there was one by a production (the name eludes me) that branched from Archie comics. He had flight, some plasma(?) projectile ability and a huge headgear.
