IMO just from The Sentry titles, there is a reason that Reed Richards and Doc Strange say that he is the MOST powerful hero ever.
They are both very familiar with THOR, and he is a hero. So IE. Sentry wins.
Flimsy reasoning kind of... If you are not comfortable with Reed or Doc making that statement. Because they are not worthy to make it.
