History of General Grievous?

Does anyone have a decent account of General Grievous' background??
besides...he is half alien and half droid and was connected with sidious

I don't remember where I read/heard this... He was a "Kaleesh" (correct me if I'm wrong) warlord. He was converted to a machine by Sidious because of a star ship crash which left only a couple of organs, his spine, and brain. Before this all, Grievous had a hatred for the Jedi. Sidious tampered with Grievous' mind making him more agressive. That's what I know.

geonosians engineered the accident and altered his brain. they then put him the the droid and voila!

If you do an advance search and type in what it is you want as the thread title or just included in a post, you can almost ALWAYS find what you are looking for. Problem is, people refuse to do it for some odd reason.
