kinda confused

ok it says harry can't do magic outside of hogwarts but in the 3rd film he does when he is using that spell to mke the light and stuff so does that count and should he have been thrown out of hogwarts cuz i kinda confused on that part...
so help plz 😄

We already have a 'confused' thread for incongruities, if you searched before posting you would have found it.

And the films have loads of stuff in for dramatic effect, and you find out later anyways that they aren't going to expel Harry becos they are just so glad sirius hasn't killed and eaten him
